Match Vs Berkshire 16/03/2025

Our final league match of this season saw us make the (reasonably) long trip down to Berkshire

We welcomed a new teammate for this match (Charlotte So)

Despite an unpleasant start to the day (to be reported separately to the match report) we soon settled down to business, totally dominating the opposition, with all opening mixed matches being won by Leicestershire

The singles followed the same pattern, all Leicestershire boys and girls winning their matches, with only one going the full 3 sets.

Quickly followed were the doubles matches, again, near total dominance with Leicestershire taking 7 of the 8 games, making the final score 19-1 to Leicestershire

We end our season on a high, hopeful that if we don’t qualify for the finals automatically, we get a favourable draw for the playoffs
